Human Resources Trainer Job at Six Flags / Hurricane Harbor
Job Summary
:
Facilitate training programs, conduct Guest Service Audits, and coordinate recognition and incentive programs for all Six Flags St. Louis Team Members.
Successful applicants will need to be able to work outside in a variety of weather conditions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and evaluate seasonal training programs including Discovery and any necessary follow up training.
- Make sure Team Members have attended/scheduled a department training after Discovery.
- Assist in implementing park wide incentive and recognition programs including Team Six Rewards, Service Superstar, etc.
- Conduct Guest Service Audits and assist in communication and follow up
- Assist with Booster program
- Maintain appearance of Human Resources Training Facility
- Assist other areas of Human Resources and other departments as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, energetic working attitude
- Desire to help Six Flags surpass its mission and goals
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and some evenings
- One Year Park Leadership Experience (Lead or Supervisor) preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software
- Developed organizational skills
- Professional appearance above and beyond Six Flags Grooming Code
- High School Diploma or equivalent
