Seasonal HVAC Filter Technician will be responsible for changing all HVAC filters in vacation homes within the Resort Realty Rental Program, as well as checking and replacing light bulbs where needed throughout the homes, and cleaning/dusting of all ceiling fans.
Position will require scheduling and coordinating with the other Technicians In order to complete/service all homes each month within the program. The Program requires servicing all homes each month between the months of April through November 2023.
The Technician will report directly to the Resort Realty Maintenance Department.
