Job Description:
We are currently recruiting a motivated and passionate HVAC/Refrigeration Technician to perform preventative and corrective action on all HVAC/Refrigeration matters at our location here in Fayetteville, TN.
Pay: $19/HR
1st Shift
Location: Fayetteville, TN
THE DAY TO DAY…
-
Point of contact for all Refrigeration/HVAC related matters for the facility

Install, repair, and troubleshoot all refrigeration systems
-
Perform daily, weekly, monthly, annual PM’s
-
Safe operation of machines and tools
-
Live and promote the Ariens Core Values and 15 Principles
-
Read blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures
-
Dismantles machines
-
Moves machinery and equipment
-
Assembles and installs equipment
-
Repairs and lubricates machines and equipment
-
Complete preventative and total productive maintenance
THE REQUIREMENTS…
-
Experience in HVAC trouble shooting & preventative maintenance
-
Ability to run treaded black iron pipe
-
High school diploma & HVAC refrigeration schooling and relative course work preferred for this role

Minimum two years industry experience and/or training
-
Strong language, mathematical, reasoning and computer skills needed

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
-
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all unites of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
