World’s Largest Security Systems Integrator Consortium located Westminster is looking for a Hybrid Customer Success Rep to help take the company to the next level SUMMARY The talented Customer Success Representative to be an integral part of the support team (reporting to the Customer Success Supervisor). The CSR will impact the overall success of the company by serving as a cheerful liaison between the customers and vendors, maintaining top-notch relationships. If you are extremely detail-oriented, people-focused, solution-minded, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and would like to make a long-term home in an established and well-respected organization, this could be an ideal fit. Duties and Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls Respond to customer emails, cases, and faxes Research, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues Enter orders, ship dates, and order tracking information Act as liaison between customers and vendors Support customers in use of online pricing and ordering software Promote sale of new or additional products or services Handle complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation Experience, Education, Skills, and Abilities: 1+ years of customer service experience with a stable work history Data entry/order entry experience Excellent communication/phone skills, both verbal and written Experience in security or insurance industries a plus High school diploma or GED Fantastic listening skills with superior customer/client focus abilities Customer focused, verbal communication, problem solving people skills Strong computer proficiency (NetSuite a plus) Ability to learn quickly Desire to provide quality customer service Great organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to work with little supervision Dependable and responsible, with an excellent work ethic and team focused Professional demeanor Ability to learn from mistakes, and a love of taking on new challenges Excellence at managing expectations and risks Positive and professional attitude Expected Hours of Work Some flexibility in hours is but must be available during the “core” work hours based on department needs.
