Must Have:
· Analyze/Refine Requirements with Product Management
· Will facilitate the onboarding of applications into Okta.
· Okta configuration, SSO, LDAp
· Experience with fastpass is plus
· Will assist with the implementation of new Okta processes and procedures.
· Will be responsible for monitoring problems, taking immediate action where possible; escalating when required to a technical support specialist.
· Will collaborate and Interact with clients to onboard applications, resolve problems, and provide information to Okta Technical support to assist in problem resolution and tracking.
· Will identifying ways to improve customer experiences with Okta.
· Work with project and management team to scope and plan engineering efforts
· Design and implement highly scalable solution
· Perform testing and define Test-driven development, design and code reviews
· Interface with QA, Project, Infrastructure Support and Business users
· Documentation of solution and project artifacts
· Support for production deployment and bug fixes
· Reporting of issues and status to stakeholders
