ICU Manager Job at Clinical Management Consultants
An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced Nurse. A well-established community hospital is searching for an ICU Manager to join their team.
The RN ICU Manager will ensure that high-quality patient-centered care is provided to the members of the community. This hospital has served Eastern Montana for over 100 years. This hospital offers many inpatient services, ranging from a 24-hour emergency room to rehabilitation services to home health. Several Clinics are also operated by the hospital to provide outpatient care to the community.
The ICU Manager will work in collaboration with the CNO. The Manager will be supported by several Nurse Supervisors within the department who will assist with any staffing or clinical needs. The Nurse Manager will have the opportunity to form interdepartmental relations with other department leaders in order to ensure optimal patient care and smooth transition between departments.
As ICU Manager, this person will have the opportunity to support staff, physicians, and management with the day-to-day operations of the Critical Care department. The Manager will assist in organizing, staffing, training, and coordinating the staff and department. This Nurse Leader will be an integral part of the management team and will provide input in decision-making processes and assist in identifying and solving daily operational problems. The Manager will also provide evaluations into standards of practices and patient outcomes to ensure compliance with regulatory agency standards.
