We are looking for experienced Nurse Practitioners to come on board to conduct in-home assessments. You would be responsible for performing annual preventative health risk assessment for Medicare, Medicaid, and Affordable Care Act members of specific health plans via home assessments. These assessments will be performed utilizing company-approved, HIPAA-compliant platforms. This is a great position for individuals looking to have more autonomy with their work and to have a different change of pace compared to an office setting!
No overnights or weekends!

Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered NP license for the state of Maine
- At least 1 year of in-home assessment experience
