Imperium Health Management

Essential Functions:
  • Overall management of assigned customers/projects from assignment/inception
  • Managing the implementation of a wide range of projects including interfaces, data and system integrations, and other Population Health initiatives as needed
  • Managing assigned customer throughout their implementation life cycle
  • Create and maintain successful relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their CCM, population health, integration and data needs
  • Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers’ success; closely working with and supporting the various teams within the Imperium organization.
  • Define and coordinate tasks and resources to ensure contract deliverables are on target to meet milestones, objectives, and goals
  • Ensure customer expectations are set and met to the customer’s satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and responsibilities to be monitored and tracked to ensure progress
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and/or project costs as needed/applicable
  • Manage and facilitate the implementation of planned interfaces and system integrations
  • Direct and provide data validation and ongoing interface operations during all CCM project phases, to meet customer satisfaction and CCM needs
  • Manage 3rd party communication, deliverables, and specifications, while communicating with all stakeholders
  • Providing technical support, documentation and troubleshooting to support clinical staff
  • Track any/all open issues, working internally and with customers to address and resolve
  • Develop interpersonal relationships with co-workers to aid in resolution of client issues
  • Train customers when applicable
  • Report and escalate issues as appropriate to management
  • Consistently monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
  • Implement and manage project or interface changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
  • Ensure that both customer and company objectives, expectations and goals are being met
Education & Experience:
  • Must have proven working experience in Project/and Account Management within the Healthcare Industry
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, techniques, and tools
  • Strong understanding and experience with healthcare data; including industry standards and formats for Clinical/EHR data; including HL7, CCD(A), .txt files, direct database connections, etc.
  • Strong working knowledge of Healthcare Claims and Payor Data
  • Implementation of healthcare IT software, interfaces and/or system integrations
  • Experience with Clinically Integrated Networks (CIN) a strong plus
  • Strong understanding of interfaces, data flow, data de-duplication, data cross walking, data validation methods etc.
  • Accustomed to Customer-facing roles
  • Ability to speak to all levels within an organization, including C Suite
  • Outstanding communication skills - written and verbal
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of SmartSheets a plus
  • SQL/SSMS knowledge a plus
  • Technical Project Management skills
  • Technical writing skills
  • Ability to embrace change and company growth

  • Proven experience in people, risk and change management
  • Willingness and ability to travel
