As a In Room Dining Server it will be your responsibility to provide the guests, either in person or on the phone, with information about the restaurant and hotel information.

• Set tables, trays according to type of food ordered and the hotel’s service standards.
• Performs opening and closing procedures established for the department.
• Accurately records, pre-checks and picks-up all food and beverage orders.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages.
• Responsible for cleaning and removing the trolleys/trays from guest rooms and corridor.
• Serves guests their food and beverage in prompt, courteous manner as per the standard sequence of service.
• Present physical and accurate check to guest and complete the payment process.
• To be able to immediately monitor guest comments and pass on to your leader and be pro- active in solving problems whenever possible.
• To have a full knowledge of the food & beverage items & their specifications, menu prices, recipes and style of service etc.

MUST HAVES:

• Passion for creating amazing experience for our clients and guests
• Fair knowledge of Food and Wine
• Creative thinking and strategic skills
• Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer related field of work.
• Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate effectively and professionally with other business departments, guests, and vendors.
• Ability to diplomatically deal with difficult situations and people, while exhibiting a consistent level of professionalism. The team member is required to perform all necessary duties of the job.
• The team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 10-25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
