This position is responsible for handling inbound calls and responding to emails. The ideal candidate is professional, motivated, positive and takes initiative in responding to customer questions and needs. The Inbound Customer Service Representative focuses on providing excellent customer service by maintaining brand standards while also following company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customers' questions about the company's products and services.
- Provide customers with directions to the nearest stores.
- Respond to customer inquiries about orders.
- Utilize company's support systems and technologies to deal with inquiries and problems.
