Impact:

The Inbound Sales Associate will play a critical role in generating new job opportunities for FSTAFF drivers through inbound phone calls, by adhering to a marketing cadence, managing mass communication, and acting as the subject matter expert for our technology resources.

Position overview:

The Inbound Sales Representative will have a passion for sales, a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, and be knowledgeable about our client-based technology products. The Inbound Sales Associate will play a critical role in generating new job opportunities for drivers through inbound phone calls and managing mass communication.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Generate inbound sales inquiries from prospective customers using technology-based communication tools
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction through technology-based communication and collaboration tools
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through the effective use of data-driven sales strategies
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals
  • Utilize a customer-focused, solution-oriented approach to sales, utilizing technology to enhance the sales process
  • Keep up-to-date on industry trends and product offerings through the use of technology-based resources and tools
  • Enter and manage customer information in CRM database, utilizing technology to streamline and optimize the process
  • Adhere to a marketing cadence
  • Manage mass communication
  • Act as the subject matter expert for our client-based technology products

Skills and qualifications:

  • Proven sales and marketing skills and experience

Experience

  • High School or GED with 5 years of work experience and 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Previous experience in marketing and/or sales role
  • Have past proven success utilizing key digital platforms such as: Indeed, Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
  • Ability to analyze and leverage data to effectively execute sales strategies.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems and implement solutions.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary exempt position with bonus package.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
