We are currently seeking an Indirect Lending Processor to join our organization. As an Indirect Lending Processor with Nusenda Credit Union, you will assist in the auditing and funding of Auto and RV loans for the Indirect Lending program by providing clerical and administrative support needed to process new loans, open memberships and request necessary documentation to complete loan packages.

To thrive in this role, you should have one to three years of similar or related experience and equivalent of a high school education. This position is one part administrative and one part member service. This might be the role for you if you enjoy work requiring attention to detail, problem solving, and interpersonal communication.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Must be able to handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external customers appropriately via in person, email etc.
  • Experience in multi-tasking, meeting strict deadlines, dealing with sensitive information, and problem resolution while providing exceptional service.
  • Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and all internal systems as affiliated with the department.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change and proactively communicate.
