Industrial Engineer
As an Industrial Engineer you will work with operations leadership, customers and all associates to improve key business improvement initiatives that range in scope from safety, reliability / maintenance, quality, production and final results to customer-facing activities. This position will be based out of our Minster, OH location.
Every day as an Industrial Engineer you will...
- Apply engineering techniques to analyze, design, implement and optimize production processes, including associate work factors, quality control, inventory control, logistics, cost control and throughput.
- Work with all associates to accomplish initiatives through collaboration.
- Listen to customers, associates and leadership to create capability and capacity as required to meet the current and future needs of the customer.
- Plan, execute and communicate improvement initiatives.
- Take a lead role in change initiatives, always looking for ways to raise the bar.
To thrive in this role, you must...
- Have a Bachelor's degree in engineering related field.
- Identify, communicate, and execute key business initiatives.
- Collaborate with others to achieve desired results.
- Have the ability to proactively and reactively solve problems and develop solutions.
- Be an active listener and a good communicator.
