About this opportunity

TC Transcontinental Packaging, Tomah, WI, is currently accepting resumes for an Industrial and Electrical Maintenance position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: maintain and repair manufacturing equipment, operate shop machinery, troubleshoot and repair electrical and electronic circuitry, as well as install additional and new equipment.

What you will do

· Maintains the production machinery and equipment, physical plant, utilities and grounds

· Performs varied maintenance duties to include work orders and preventive maintenance to meet established maintenance and operations objectives.

· Organizes work for smooth, efficient operations. Accurately tracks all time and materials used to perform work orders and other repairs using both manual and electronic means.

· Troubleshoots equipment problems and performs necessary repairs. Coordinates with the Maintenance Manager before modifying any plant equipment.

· Responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day operation of the machine is consistent with the policies and procedures which make up the Quality System.

· Provides support to production operator and crew members

· Support and contribute to a healthy and safe work environment by following all workplace regulations, policies, and initiatives, including reporting all first aid injuries, accidents, and workplace hazards.

What you have to offer

· Ability to distinguish colors.

· Ability to climb stairs and lift up to 50lbs.

· High School Diploma or equivalent. Two years of technical or vocation school is helpful. Ability to read and understand complex written technical and blueprint materials.

· 2nd Shift 3p-11p but training with be completed on 1st shift (7a-3p)

Pay: From $26.56 per hour
