JOB SUMMARY:

Under direction, performs a variety of skilled maintenance for the manufacturing floor and or facility. Responsible for skilled maintenance tasks including, but not limited to, troubleshooting, machinery, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical. Conduct routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance on all equipment, both electrical and mechanical systems. Works to ensures that the facility is available for use and consistently maintained in a safe and clean condition; and performs related work as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Diagnose and repair complex machine problems.
• Replaces or repairs parts.
• Perform basic wiring assignments.
• Repair air and hydraulic systems.
• Mechanical rebuild of production equipment.
• Preventative procedures to insure machine uptime.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.

SKILLS:

• Mechanical systems.
• Electrical circuits.
• Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Understanding of basic electronics

• Complex Machinery
• Strong Mechanic abilities
• Robotics/PLC knowledge a plus
• Predictive Preventative Maintenance

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Previous experience with industrial maintenance
