REQUIREMENTS:

1. Master’s Degree in human services (social work or mental health)

2. Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with young children.

4. Bilingual: English/Spanish, strong communication skills

5. Computer proficient.

6. Specialized training in child development, infant/childhood mental health, Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and trauma informed practices.

7. Complete CPP and/or TF-CBT

8. Complete DC:0-5 training or able to complete within 6 months of hire.

9. Ability to collect and analyze data.

10. Valid driver’s license and ability to use car for work.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Conduct diagnostic clinical assessments

2. Conduct additional assessments of the infant/young child and relevant caregiver(s) to understand risk and protective factors and to inform diagnosis, treatment modality, goals, and prognosis

3. Develop treatment goals that are aligned with family needs and prioritizes

4. Monitor and record progress of the child/family to determine treatment approaches and/or changes in the therapeutic approach

5. Provide clinical interventions in accordance with Evidence-based practice (EBP) for infants and young children including but not limited to: TF-CBT (Preschool), CPP, Circle of Security, etc.

6. Hold a caseload of families who have open Dependency Cases identified by Citrus

Family Care Network (FCN)

7. Attend meetings with FCN staff to promote care coordination for children in the dependency system

8. Demonstrate reflect capacity and the ability to use supervision effectively to increase professional growth as well as the quality and fidelity of treatment models

9. Provide advocacy support and care coordination efforts to address family needs and maximize treatment gains

10. Participate in all agency meetings as needed

11. Assist in coordinating and facilitating access to services for children and their families

12. Document all services according to program and agency protocol
