Responsibilities:
Information Technology Co-op Responsibilities:
- Facilitator of Incidents/Requests
- Onboarding coordination and setup
- System upgrades and swaps
- Participate in a team of support engineers to facilitate break/fix on critical infrastructure systems.
- Participate in monthly Lunch and Learns
- Participate in daily huddles
Information Technology Co-op Desired Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in one of the following programs or equivalent:
- Information Technology – Networking/Systems
- Information Technology – Cybersecurity
- Computer Science
- Information Systems
Information Technology Co-op Skills:
- Basic networking knowledge
- Familiar with Microsoft products, Office, Windows 10/11
- Familiar with Apple iOS products
- Self-Starter comfortable learning on their own
Information Technology Co-op Working Conditions:
- Strong desire to work in a fast paced, high energy IT Dept.
- Limited Travel within 100 mile area (No overnight travel)
