Peoplelink Staffing Solutions has partnered up with an electronic connection manufacturer and we are seeking a Machine Operator to join our team! You will help oversee operational activities and ensure excellent quality control.
WEEKLY PAY
1st Shift, 2nd Shift, and Weekend Shifts
Tullahoma location
$14-15/hour

- 10 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
- Weekend: Friday-Sunday
Typical Duties:
- Operates and maintains injection-molding presses.
- Visually inspects molded product being produced to ensure conformance to requirements as specified per the quality inspection plan (QIP) and mold book.
- Packages completed product per the packing process sheet.
- Completes required paperwork to report production, scrap, downtime, problems and issues related to the equipment and labor reporting.
Job Examples:
- Weight counting, filling totes and labeling product to ensure count accuracy.
- Moving product from process to the next
- Loading and unloading of components into and out of molds (depending on automation of machine)
Skill Level:
- Acquires basic job skills and learns company policies and procedures; generally, has little or no prior relevant training or work experience.
