The Inside Sales Counselor is responsible for generating sales by conducting telephone consultations regarding pre-arranging. The Inside Sales Counselor is expected to produce pre-need sales consistently with monthly sales targets.

Requirements, Qualifications, and Special Skills

· Exceptional level of professionalism

· Strong telephone, interpersonal, and communications skills

· Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and interpersonal)

· High level of compassion and integrity

· Independent, self-reliant, and self-motivated

· Must be able to pass a full background check

Experience:

· Two plus years of Telephone Sales Experience Preferred

Working Environment

· Work from home after completion of training and proven ability to sell remotely
