Workfit Medical Staffing, LLC is seeking a highly energetic and ambitious sales orientated person to join our sales team as an Inside Sales professional!

Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

Job Summary: Entry Level Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to decision-makers across multiple types of companies including healthcare facilities, hospitals, Medical Staffing services and Delphi Healthcare division for hospital partnership services. The Inside Sales professional will focus on customer acquisition and growth. This position involves lead generation, cold calling new potential clients, contacting current clients that could be growth potential while identifying targets and prospecting market potential. Leads will be qualified through continued follow up and contact with prospects. Must be highly energetic, well spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
  • Upsell current customers and identify additional needs for services
  • Researching and qualifying potential leads from business directories, web searches, internal customer database or digital resources
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients
  • Presenting and delivering information to potential clients
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the multiple lines of business to present services to multiple key targets including hospitals, healthcare facilities and various businesses.
  • Strategize to develop key leads/targets, work prospects that will develop into qualified leads across all business lines - Delphi Healthcare, WorkFit Medical, WorkFit Staffing and School Fit business lines
  • Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
  • Working with Executive Director of Sales, Inside Sales Manager and Business Development team by forwarding qualified leads that will generate closing of new sales.
  • Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
  • Funnel new qualified leads into sales pipeline and manage 30/60/90 day pipeline expectations
  • Maintaining database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information and call activities
  • Create and maintain accurate notes in CRM and other tools.
  • Engaged in team collaboration with focus on organic growth.

Certifications, Experience and Education:

  • Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day
  • Proven track record of at least 2 years’ experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or relevant education/experience
  • Experience working in a Customer Relationship Management tool (CRM)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Internet research
