Inside Sales Job Description

Chandler Roofing & Restoration is looking for a go-getter and self-starter Inside Sales Representative to join our growing company. This position is responsible for increasing sales by converting leads and generating new business. This position will also employ upselling tactics that ensure a great customer experience.

The Company: Chandler Roofing and Restoration specializes in helping homeowners, in North Texas, navigate handle with interior and exterior insurance claims.

Services We Provide: Fire Damage Restoration, Water Damage Restoration, Roofing Repair, Siding Repair, Window Repair, Gutter Repair, Property Damage Inspection We are rapidly growing and are looking for high-caliber candidates to join our winning team and bring with them their unique skills and experiences

Qualities of Ideal Candidates:

 2-4 years proven sales experience (Highly Preferred)

 Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

 Ability to interface with all levels within the organization and outside parties

 Must have the ability to be clear and precise when communicating

 Strong work ethic

 Results-driven mindset

Essential Job Duties:

 Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.

 Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.

 Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.

 Keeping up with product and service information and updates.

 Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.

 Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.

 Staying informed about competing products and services.

 Upselling products and services.

 Researching and qualifying new leads.

 Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

Qualities, Characteristics, Aptitude:

 Proactive, not reactive.

 Excellent sales skills, finding proper ways to connect with prospects and close sales.

 Proven ability meeting sales targets in the past.

 Excellent phone and email communication skills and etiquette.

 High degree of confidentiality, integrity and honesty required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Fort Worth, TX 76179: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
