Arena Aztec Shaffer is seeking a motivated and energetic full-time Inside Sales Specialist. Join our experienced and professional team working in one of the largest event showrooms in the state of Texas. Our Inside Sales Team works together in a luxurious and trendy environment servicing Houston’s best cliental.
Through dedication and desire, you can join the industry’s leading expert. Assist clients through the turnkey process over the phone and in person backed by the largest inventory on the Gulf Coast. As an Inside Sales Specialist you should be able to build instant rapport, communicate with customers, understand their needs and achieve customer satisfaction.
Job Duties:
· Sourcing new sales opportunities
· Ability to understand client needs and requirements
· Provide excellent customer service
· Ability to work as a team player
· Ability to effectively enter data in a fast-paced environment
· Provide excellent phone and email etiquette
· Ability to problem solve
· Ability to maintain an organized workstation
· Ability to prioritize and multitask
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service or related field.
- Effective communication skills and ability to provide feedback.
- Ability to prioritize, organize and display effective time management skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of holidays and weekends.
- 2+ years’ inside sales experience (incoming call preferred)
- Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner
- Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems
- Proven track record of successful sales experience preferred
- Event planning experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-2 years’ experience in Event/Rental Industry.
