Fashion Designer Formalwear brand started within the heart of Florida. We believe that your special occasions should make you feel something special and the perfect designer dresses can do that. Inspired by running Formalwear stores in the past and currently, we design and manufacture various lines of Formalwear. We sell to many stores in the United States.

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for the customer experience from start to finish to our wholesale and e-commerce customers. Our goal is to treat all customers with respect, attention and retain their loyalty for life.

Must be able to sell to new customers and upsell to existing customers and then service these accounts.

Sales cold calling and calling existing clients to sell product to are a crucial part of this position.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about our brand, willing to learn and be passionate, in apparel customer service and an excellent communicator. This is a fast paced position, requiring high attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Communicating with customers via email, social media and phone.
• Sales to new and existing clients.
• Attending market shows and other shows onsite and offsite (travel required up to 15%).
• Utilize the program N41 system to service wholesale orders.
• Create packing lists, invoice, and charge orders.
• Check inventory.
• Communicate with sales reps and buyers to ensure orders are shipped by the deadlines.
• Run daily, weekly and monthly order and shipping reports.
• Ship through Fedex, UPS and DHL.
• Processing returns

• Handwriting notes
• Provide exceptional service to our customers

• Learn the dress inventory in order to service and sell to customers

Required experience:

• 4+ years in a Sales Rep. role.
• Must have strong Customer Service skills.
• Must be able to sell as a wholesale brand to retailers.
• Excellent Computer Skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to sell additional products.
• Work with Marketing and understand Marketing programs and Incentives happening.
• Must be able to provide customer service at the highest level.
