Position Summary

Tioga is currently looking for a Sales Representative to be located in our Houston office and reporting to the Regional Director. The Sales Representative will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support and generating sales revenue.

This sales position is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in launching a career in a highly-respected sales organization while learning the essentials of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary customer interface from inquiry to final delivery
  • Build proposals and discuss details with customer
  • Represent Tioga in interactions with customers, vendors, third party contractors and co-workers in the highest professional manner
  • Understand and communicate details concerning Tioga specifications
  • Thoroughly process and coordinate all customer requests
  • Manage orders from inquiry to delivery
  • Follow-up on customer inquiries and requests, maintaining CRM database
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Communicate customer needs within the Tioga organization, ensuring on-time deliveries and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • Strong business acumen and Sales mindset
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer relations
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications especially in Excel and Outlook
  • Good mathematical and mechanical aptitude
