The Corporate Training Instructor reports to the Managing Director and is responsible for the development and implementation of the company and partner training programs. Responsibilities are not limited but include:

  • Training Design
  • Leadership Training
  • Administrator for Company Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Station Trainer Program
  • Instructs other Corporate Training Managers in new and recurrent materials
  • Compliance Reporting for Company and Partner Training
  • Facilitates Initial and Recurrent training in all areas mentioned above system wide
  • Evaluates and supervise customer service and ramp procedures safety and compliance
  • Creates and maintains all training records per company, partner, and FAA regulations
  • Creates and updates as needed the initial and recurrent training syllabus to comply with company, partner, and FAA guidelines.
  • Conducts Ground Service Equipment (GSE) training on all motorized equipment
  • Conducts customer service and ground operations training following company and partner requirements
  • Trains and implements system-wide training procedures for the handling of specific partner contract
  • Acts as a Committee member for various departmental and company meetings
  • Performs other duties in supporting Training department’s goals and objectives
  • Tracks agent progress initial, recurrent, specialized, and ad-hoc to ensure training is completed as required by company, partner, and regulatory entities
  • Coordinates station cross-product training with Customer Service and/or Ramp Manager, General Manager and Corporate Training Manager
  • Communicates verbally and in writing to students, subordinates, and upper-level management
  • Completes other duties as assigned by the Director of Training
  • Must pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-employment drug test
  • Must have authorization to work in the U.S. as defined in the Immigrations Act of 1986
  • Must be will to travel at least 65% of the work week.
