Position Summary:

The Codman Square Health Center is seeking an Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician to work in the Health Centers Behavioral Health Department. We are looking for highly motivated flexible individuals committed to working in our community. The Behavioral Health department provides highly collaborative team atmosphere, with behavioral health integrated into primary care. Behavioral Health Clinicians are integral in achieving the health center's vision by providing high quality coordinated team based clinical care. The Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician is imbedded in the primary care department to address the whole health needs of the individuals served. They provide in the moment triage, safety plans, assessments, interventions and short term therapy along with recommendations to and supporting connection to community programs. Schedules will include one evening shift from 12:00 to 8:30pm.

Qualifications:

Masters Degree in Social Work or related Human Services field (Required)

Massachusetts License LCSW,LICSW, LMHC (Required)

Experience working with Substance Use Disorders

Proficiency in speaking Haitian Creole or Spanish (Preferred)

Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Preferred)
