POSITION SUMMARY

The Integrated Marketing Manager position will work with stakeholders and leadership to plan and manage the execution of key marketing initiatives. This individual establishes and manages plans, deliverables and calendars through a project lifecycle to deliver marketing campaigns and initiatives that align across channels and deliver results.

ROLE PRIORITIES:

You will work with stakeholders to achieve agreement on the corporate strategy, drive strategic planning, and ensure execution of key projects. You will communicate with partners on marketing programs and their status, solicit feedback from partners to ensure continuous improvement, and ensure agreement of our goals with the operational budget.


KEY RESPONSIBITIES:

  • Initiate and manage project planning activities across multiple functions, senior leaders, creative, to ensure that deliverables are aligned with the marketing strategy and business requirements.
  • Drive strategy and flawless execution of marketing initiatives through all channels including digital marketing, email, social media across multi-functional teams by
    • Communicating KPIs, expectations and calendars
    • Continuing assessment of projects, identifying potential issues and solutions providing formal weekly status updates to stakeholders and senior leaders as well as channeling changes to the project team.
  • Ensure all milestones are met, milestones are and ensure that all campaign elements contribute to achieving KPIs, including development of creative briefs
  • Secure required approvals from internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback, through to hand-off of final creative documents to channel deployment teams
  • Work closely with Collaborations team in planning activity timing as it relates to campaign & product launches, experiential marketing, PR, email, and ensure a 360-marketing experience
  • Work closely with Wholesale on their marketing initiatives
  • Work with Creative and Social teams on their deadlines for all marketing initiates.
  • Lead discussions on marketing campaigns regarding messaging and creative and how they intersect.
  • Identify key seasonal items and endure 360 marketing campaigns

ESSENTIAL SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5-7 years of experience in a hands-on marketing operations or marketing project manager role
  • Experience sourcing and engaging influencer and top photography talent
  • Ability to adapt to agile environment and amend plans and react quickly to changing requirements
  • Ability to lead cross functional projects initiatives and projects
    • Strategic mindset along with a track record of flawless execution of details.
    • Excellent organizational and project-management skills; ability to guide projects from conception through execution
    • Ability to develop project plans, calendars and reporting including identification of milestones and deliverables
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to interact with senior leaders.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
    • Must possess the ability to proactively identify potential risks, develop and execute logical, practical solutions
  • Self-directed with excellent time management skills
    • Ability to operate proactively in a very fast paced environment
    • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and pivot based on changing internal and external factors.
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
