INTERCOMPANY ACCOUNTANT Job at Air Products
Job Description and Qualifications
Principal Accountabilities:
- North America Intercompany invoices for services
- SAP processing of intercompany payables
- Payment of NA Intercompany payables via processing in SAP In-House Cash intercompany netting or manually
- Monthly administration of Global EDI failure report and processing of necessary accruals
- Monthly balance confirmation process
- Resolution of intercompany Goods Receipt (GR) / Invoice Receipt (IR) balances for North America
- Perform account analysis for accounts owned
- Support Deloitte/statutory audit requests
- Complete any required SAP testing related to the In-House cash intercompany netting
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Strong interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Incumbent must possess strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excel skills should include advanced features such as pivot tables, formulas and Analysis for Excel
- SAP knowledge is preferred
