The Position

• The Interim Director of Nursing will oversee the nursing department consisting of 70 FTE’s, 8-9 direct reports with 78 beds.
• The Director will ensure compliance, quality, staffing, and satisfaction while working on interpersonal skills with the residents, families, and staff.
• The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the day to day process of Good Samaritan Society as a leader in the Nursing Department, emphasis on quality control, infection control, and overall understanding of the logistics.
• Knowledge with Matrix EMR and survey management experience a must.
• BSN license required.

• In a standard Interim Leadership arrangement, the client pays for travel home every other weekend.
• The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
