Qualified Candidates:
- MD/DO degree from fully-accredited school of medicine
- Residency trained in internal medicine
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Board eligible or certified
- Start date: summer 2023
- 4 day work week, off on Tuesdays
- Salary range: $250,000/year
- Malpractice/health/dental/vision insurance
- 401k/profit sharing plan
- 4 weeks paid time off; 4 days CME ($1500/yr.)
- Call: 1 in 5 weekends, 1-2 holidays (rotated) per year, 1 weekday/week (Wednesday)
- Work/Life balance is fundamental to all associates and physicians in the group

- Aurora Internal Medicine is a busy, well-established IM practice with 3 board certified IM physicians and 2 advanced practice providers
- The practice is a member of the independent practice association (IPA), PHPprime. PHPprime provides wrap-around services to help make the practice successful, including care coordination (social worker, diabetes education), practice transformation coaching, risk adjustment coding education, etc.
