Internet Installer and Technician responsibilities will include:

• Broadband wireless and fiber installations - the company will supply training!
• Perform initial broadband setup as well as troubleshoot and repair high speed wireless internet service for customers.
• Climbing ladders and roofs.
• Working with power tools and equipment.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Maintain a positive image of NeuBeam.
• Handle service calls and interactions.
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment.
• Continually improve knowledge of equipment and technologies used by NeuBeam.

Internet Installer requirements include having a caring attitude towards customer needs and expectations, a positive mental attitude, and a willingness to learn our systems and practices. Candidates should have the ability and willingness to handle customer interaction in a professional and courteous manner. Candidate should have a clean driving record. Occasional work on nights/weekends will be required. This position is based out of our Colville, WA office.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
