Innovative Staff Solutions is hiring an Inventory Administrative Clerk for a client in Decatur, IL. This is a temp to hire opportunity with a growing company in Decatur. We are seeking that individual who can offer previous clerical experience in a warehouse environment handling the inventory process.
Job Details: Inventory Administrative Clerk
- $21.00/hour with 0.75 shift differential
- 2nd shift: 2:30pm to 11:00pm
- Monday-Friday
- OT working 10 hours possible with Saturdays occasionally
Job Responsibilities: Inventory Administrative Clerk
- Coordinates activities with clerks from other floor areas, the customer and/or suppliers as needed
- Use the WMS system to updates area and shift metrics as needed
- Generates daily, weekly or monthly reports, memos, and summaries
- Performs basic administrative tasks for area or shift
- Maintains filing systems and documents
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits for inbound/outbound shipments
- Participate in physical inventories as necessary
- Resolve inventory discrepancies as needed
- Maintain good manufacturing practices (GMPs) with emphasis on safety
- Ensures inventory accuracy to meet client demands
Job Requirements: Inventory Administrative Clerk
- MS Office work experience and/or previous experience with WMS
- Detail oriented
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to demonstrate strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization
