Inventory Clerk Job at Hireworks San Antonio
JOB PURPOSE:
The Inventory Clerk is to keep parts, material, products and stock items supplied and readily accessible by evaluating the process and movement of parts and decrease overstock inventory.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Run reports and take physical inventory of all parts.
- Return and process all warranty returns to manufacturer.
- Keep current manufacturer price changes in our company computer system
- Run inventory movement report and review what non-moving items need to be returned.
- Maintain inventory by reporting shortages/overages.
- Assist in the shipping area when needed.
Any other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient in MS Office and other computer applications.
- Ability to work with minimal or no supervision.
- Data entry experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
- Must be detail oriented to ensure accuracy of reporting
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High School or GED Equivalent
- Must have at least 1 year of inventory experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

- San Antonio, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
