JOB PURPOSE:

The Inventory Clerk is to keep parts, material, products and stock items supplied and readily accessible by evaluating the process and movement of parts and decrease overstock inventory.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Run reports and take physical inventory of all parts.
  • Return and process all warranty returns to manufacturer.
  • Keep current manufacturer price changes in our company computer system
  • Run inventory movement report and review what non-moving items need to be returned.
  • Maintain inventory by reporting shortages/overages.
  • Assist in the shipping area when needed.

Any other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficient in MS Office and other computer applications.
  • Ability to work with minimal or no supervision.
  • Data entry experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Must be detail oriented to ensure accuracy of reporting

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • High School or GED Equivalent
  • Must have at least 1 year of inventory experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • San Antonio, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
