The Inventory Lead reports directly to the Inventory Manager and Finished Products Manager and is responsible for the correct labeling and packaging within the facility and ensuring all inventory systems are correct. The Inventory team member performs their duties in compliance with company policy, laws, and rules governed by the State of New Jersey.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with other departments (maintenance, and facilities) to establish proper storage and handling of materials
• Adhere to company mission statement and core values, while maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism.
• Track incoming and outgoing products
• Provide inventory control reports as required
• Maintain count accuracy (digital and physical counting)
• Updating database with incoming and outgoing products
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Demonstrate accurately and thoroughly in a timely manner to meet production standards.
• Properly label and sticker product, to ensure fulfillment of deliveries
• Able to work weekend and off hours
• Receiving merchandise
• Putting merchandise in appropriate location
• Reviewing stock for expired products
• Assist in the physical delivery to dispensary locations if/when needed

• This position has some supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, ELIGIBILITY and TRAINING:

• Must be 21 years of age or older. Must be able to pass background check
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
• Subject to background check per state cannabis regulations

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• The position must occasionally lift, push, pull and or move up to 50 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, this position is regularly required to sit and regularly use hand(s) to handle, grasp, feel, and or touch. This position is occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. This position is regularly required bend, stretch, squat, climb, twist, lift, grip, stand, and push/pull.
