This position is Monday-Friday; 7:30am - 4:00pm

This position is located in Salt Lake City.


The Inventory Returns Associate is part of the inventory department which is responsible for the proper handling of inbound product, verifying and inspecting products for damages or discrepancies, slotting and locating inventory within the warehouse and Warehouse Management System (WMS). The returns associate is also responsible for organization of return shipments, identifying the product and clients, inspection of product per client expectations, processing, restocking, or disposal of returned inventory both physically and through the WMS. Recording required documents and communicating with leadership about the condition of returns.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Communicate with the lead on any damages and discrepancies
  • Process returned inventory within the WMS
  • Tracking the amount of bags that were returned to the facility
  • Tracking how many returns were processed (daily)
  • Inspect returned products, checking for quality and condition of the product
  • Inventory restock to their proper location
  • Coordinating with inventory lead on products ready to be restocked
  • Apparel will need to be inspected into three categories: Good, Refurbished, and Damaged
  • Apparel will need to be folded and repackaged
  • Keep the area clean and organized daily
  • Assist with additional projects/tasks throughout the warehouse as needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of inventory experience
  • Critical analysis of proper counting and reporting
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and overall computer familiarity
  • Self-motivated and goal orientated

Compensation:

  • $14 - $16 DOE
  • Dental and Health benefits after 90 Days for Full Time
  • PTO

Position Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to lift to 50 pounds at a time
  • Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time/duration of shift
  • Must be able to hear and see in accordance to safety measures in the warehouse
  • Must be able to traverse and access all areas of the warehouse
