Now, you’re probably wondering a little more about what we are looking for, so here it is:

• High school diploma/GED – required
• 1+ year of financial services and/or investment industry - preferred

Want some more specifics? Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Provide new business processing, client support, account set-up, account transfer (ACAT and Non-ACAT), account maintenance and general administrative duties
• Provide cash management/trade request processing; raise cash, client distributions, RMDs, portfolio change requests and Roth conversions
• Provide case file resolution to custodians
• Provide timely responses to daily incoming correspondence (email, phone, fax) from advisors and clients
• Provide accurate communication and documentation of all account activity, requests, account openings, transfers, and investment instructions
• Collaborates with custodians, advisors and/or internal staff to resolve issues regarding processing of new accounts, transfers, cash management and all other account requests
• Adheres to compliance and internal procedures
• All other duties as assigned
