Your Future Team
The Investment Solutions group is available to Hightower's nationwide community of advisory businesses as a value-added, optional resource they can use to enhance their portfolio construction and asset allocation in both public and private investments.

What You'll Do
The Private Markets Investment Solutions Executive Director will have the opportunity to be an integral team member in analyzing private equity, real estate and select hedge fund managers in a dynamic environment and communicating research with our advisory businesses.

• Help improve education of alternative investment themes and implementation by coordinating with the investment solutions team and external managers to provide the best experience.
• Assist all necessary approvals for all new product committees (new or transfer) before addition to platform.
• Create discounted cash flow and M&A models to evaluate manager performance track record and underlying portfolio companies.
• Research and create private equity and hedge fund investment memos.
• Manage and work collaboratively on special projects that may be important to the Hightower.
• Conduct industry and fund specific research.
• Monitor existing funds.
• Maintain due diligence folders and update pipeline of new funds.
• Improve and develop policies and procedures.

What You'll Bring

• Experience of alternative investments (private equity, hedge fund, real assets, private credit) with experience working in the asset management/private bank channel - Must have extensive, in-depth knowledge of all product functions from launch/transfer to final close
• Bachelor's degree is required; MBA or CFA preferred.
• 4+ years of related experience with private equity, real estate, M&A and/or alternative investments.
• Experience explaining complex investment strategies and analyzing client portfolios to recommend product and implementation advice.
• Focus on teamwork - can present to senior management and help foster the growth of junior team members.
• Visualize big picture data and break it down into usable information.

• Compensation- $180,000-210,000 base salary plus a 25% target bonus (exact base salary is dependent on experience)
