System One is in search of an Asset Management Analyst for a great company in Tulsa, OK. Qualified candidates will be required to oversee the company's hardware and software asset management program. - Software license procurement and management
- must be able to read a legal contract and understand the various contract terms
- must be familiar with tracking license allocations in an electronic format (spreadsheet or asset management system)
- Hardware asset procurement and management
- includes hardware renewal tracking
- includes hardware asset tracking in an electronic system
- must be able to read a legal contract and understand the various contract terms
- Budgeting and forecasting
- must be able to track current costs in an actual vs. forecast manner
- for new purchases be able to create a future out year cost forecast
- Minimum 5 years' experience in asset management
- Experience in both software and hardware
- Degree preferred, not required
