Description:


Skybound Entertainment is looking for an IT Help Desk Support, Tier 2 individual with a solid foundation in Office 365 administration capable of working in a mid-sized organization.

The ideal candidate will be a great communicator with strong interpersonal skills and outstanding customer service acumen. Self-driven and motivated to work independently and take ownership of all related tasks.

We are looking for a top-level performer who is passionate about their role and consistently demonstrates they are part of a team.

Reports: This position will report to the IT Manager

Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Resolve IT support requests/tickets from company staff
  • Answer staff questions regarding computer and IT systems
  • Gather and analyze data to diagnose technical problems with computer systems
  • Change configurations, settings, and permissions to fix computer issues
  • Create accounts and setup IT equipment for new hires during the onboarding process
  • Manage software accounts and hardware assets
  • Install new software and hardware drivers and update existing ones as needed
  • Update staff on the status of their service requests
  • Log all service requests and update support tickets as needed
Requirements:


Technical Skills:

  • An understanding of Microsoft 365 administration with experience supporting complex environments
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and features, including online office applications and Microsoft Teams and associated apps
  • Capable of managing a hybrid workforce (remote and on-premises)
  • Understanding of Azure AD and related technologies
  • Familiarity with email security best practices.
  • Administrative knowledge of Dropbox, Slack, Zendesk, and Freshdesk SaaS platforms
  • Operate internal conference room technology and help train and assist staff on all things related to IT
  • Respond to tickets, instant messages, phone calls, and requests for technical assistance from colleagues, executives, and business partners
  • Manage SSO between Office 365 and the company’s major SSO providers
  • Comfortable in both Windows and Mac Environments
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), Including the web-app versions.
  • Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as accuracy and attention to detail
  • Work on other miscellaneous related tech duties that may be assigned.

Job Type: Non-exempt, Full-time

Salary Range: $27-$33.6/hour

  • Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc
  • The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees
  • Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role
