IT Project Manager

Responsibilities:
Support of printing, computers, tablets, local network, wireless, in-vehicle technologies including CAD/AVL systems, and cloud-based phone systems
Assist with Business Applications
Professionally conduct and maintain close interaction with IT department by understanding the organizations including their operations, processes, and methodologies
Manage complex IT projects and coordinate software updates in compliance with operations
Manage relationships with IT employees and outside vendors.
Influence automation decisions and provide technology thought leadership
Develop strategic operations and investment plans that weigh cost, benefits, opportunities, and risks of various IT investment approaches.
Control and minimize costs
Document business processes and align IT solutions
Understand the user needs and levels, the constituent needs, and the optimal deployment methods for successful IT deployments.
Ensure suitable documentation exists and is maintained for IT operations and software development.
Requirements:
General IT troubleshooting skills
Ability to learn Microsoft Low/No Code technologies
Thorough understanding of computer, server, network, printer, and peripheral hardware.
A self starter with tenacity to see operational escalations and projects through to completion.
