An experienced IT Project Delivery Manager is needed to lead the implementation of the IT assets and dependent activities of work. A broad understanding and experience of building manufacturing plants from an IT perspective is preferred. This role requires a project management leader who thrives on understanding IT Plant delivery and working with business sponsors and vendors to facilitate and expedite IT solution delivery. The successful applicant should be skillful at working with internal customers and external partners, planning, defining, categorizing, and operating within a project delivery governance model, related to the overall objectives of the business. The ability to work within allotted timeframes and within budget is required. Must possess the skills to communicate at all levels within the organization.

Essential Job Functions:

• Lead the planning and implementation of the IT elements of the overall project
• Align the scope of the IT delivery with business stakeholders/internal customers
• Assemble and coordinate project team members; assign individual responsibilities
• Prepare requests for proposals and conduct all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products
• Lead and provide direction and support to the project team and external resources
• Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
• Work within a project delivery governance model, that will ensure effective control of the project and minimize risk exposure through uncontrolled events.
• Ability to solve complex problems which arise during the project and be responsible for the outcome
• Predict risk factors and eliminate them for successful completion of the project
• Identify and manage risks to ensure delivery is on time
• Define the overall IT plan including the project scope, goals, deliverables, project tasks and resource requirements
• Track project deliverables and communicate frequently to deliver on-time and within scope and budget
• Provide weekly IT updates, keep all stakeholders updated on the progress of project
• End to End Management and coordination of the IT project elements to ensure successful project completion
• Track project costs in order to meet budget
• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Education, Experience, and/or Training:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, or relative field, or a minimum of 4 years in an equivalent field
• PMP (Project Management Certificate)
• Possess Passport for international travel
• TWIC card holder
• Current, valid driver’s license
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT Project and Process Management
• 10+years of leadership experience, including Change Management
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Prior experience in leading Manufacturing Plant IT Projects / Programs
• OT experience, a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $80.00 - $100.00 per hour
