· Responsibilities will include

o Plan, coordinate and supervise complex assignments.

o Design and apply new methods and procedures in line with program methodology

o Coordinate guidance of requirements definition and systems development for major applications including information and data analysis.

o Develop, plan, analyze, evaluate and assign priorities to deliverables and requirements in conjunction with assigned expert resources

o Define project phases, set deadlines and manage staff.

o Develop, execute & track project plans with milestones.

o Coordinate all meeting and interface with business units, staff and service providers.

o Plan, execute, control and close out project against defined scope and budget.

o Utilize accepted standards and procedures. Maintain team relationships and team coaching and development.

o Manage stakeholder expectations.

o Manage risk and ensure compliance and controls standards are met.

o Accountable for managing broad and highly complex teams and projects involving significant scope and complexity.

§ Key accountabilities are:

· Sets direction at an operational level, works autonomously in the management of the unit and collaborates with other business heads to establish and execute on common goals.

· Direct or manages large-scale applications or projects within an individual product or across multiple product lines, involving significant scope and complexity.

· Ensures delivery of projects to the business partner, meeting the approved scope/cost/schedule/quality for the project.

· Perform a governing role for, ensuring that the proposal, execution, control, deployment, training and hand off, warranty support, and closure meet promised schedules.

Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
