IQ Tech Pros’ IT Recruiters are responsible for working with assigned Partner Account Managers to

understand client projects and objectives and to identify consultants and teams of consultants within

the IQ Tech Pros network to serve in required roles. IT Recruiters will also be tasked with vetting

network applicants for acceptance into the IQ Tech Pros network and maintaining relationships with

network members during project recruiting periods.

Responsibilities: 

Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various tools. 

Evaluate strengths and weaknesses of candidates through screening and interviews. 

Negotiate wages, benefits, and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates. 

Oversee pre-employment steps including reference checks and background/drug tests. 

Manage contract employees while on assignment. 

Work with Business Development Representatives to identify top accounts and target skill sets. 

Communicate effectively with others in order to create a productive and diverse environment. 

Maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain industry knowledge and get referrals.

Qualifications: 

5+ years recruiting experience in the IT industry. 

Be available to work before/after typical office hours as work may demand. 

Strong written and oral communication skills. 

Be familiar with Microsoft Word and MS Outlook. 

Have a desire to learn and advance in a fast paced sales environment and be capable of regularly

using good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements. 

High energy. 

Ability to work remotely and as a team.
