Amplifon Americas, a world leader in hearing care, has a strong demand for diverse, authentic, creative, and dynamic talent for a IT Service Delivery Manager role. We are looking for someone who is forward thinking to help us strive towards everyday excellence while focusing on customer devotion and personal impact to ensure we are acting responsibly in everything we do.

As we rely on technology to do more, we are looking for someone to join our team who will strike a balance between the “art” and “science” of Service Delivery. You will have the vision look at the viability of new technology for the long-term.

You will bring your extensive technology knowledge, analysis skills and the gumption to immerse yourself into the business to effectively implement projects.

In this role you will:

• Drive scope of lifecycle management of the OTOpad and Me360 equipment.
• Collect and structure the available data impacting the project
• Understands the how the project affects various functions across the organization and the overall business
• Ensure transparency with planned activities between IT the business data owners
• Provide status calls of ongoing issues, planned maintenance

Education, Experience, and Qualifications:

• 5 + years of IT experience in a global organization, specifically in IT
• 5+ years of support experience in a IT service/support role
• Experience in supporting Apple products for a global organization
• Vendor management and ability to deliver through third parties
• Ability to lead without hierarchical authority and connect with stakeholders in spite of the distance, as many of the programs are multi-functional and distributed

Technical Skills & Experience

• Subject matter expert in Apple products iPad and iPhone
• Understanding of enterprise platforms such as ERPs, CRM, web, database servers, middleware, API and EDI integration, Telecommunications and / or Infrastructure (Cloud preferably).

Travel

• Up to 25%
