Job Description:
The IT Site Support Analyst’s role is to provide on-site support to all systems and technology for our new manufacturing facility in Fayetteville, TN. This includes maintaining, installing, and troubleshooting software, operating systems and computer and associated hardware as well as first level support of on-site server and network infrastructure. Works to resolve end user incidents and requests within established SLAs. This is a hands-on position that requires in-person end user interaction.

The Day To Day...
  • Act as the primary IT team member for their assigned site(s). This includes building and maintaining detailed knowledge about the systems, workflows, and personnel at their site(s) and being a resource for their colleagues.
  • Actively participate and occasionally lead on-site projects that involve IT resources such as. Examples include personnel and/or equipment moves, system and infrastructure upgrades.
  • Build rapport and elicit problem details from service desk customers.
  • Record, track and document the service desk incident and request resolutions process, including all decisions made and actions taken, through to final resolution.
  • Act as the primary team member for all IT-related issues and questions in TN.
  • Use remote tools and diagnostic utilities to aid in troubleshooting.
  • Research solutions through internal and external knowledge sources, as needed.
  • Escalate incidents and requests with accurate documentation, when needed. Responsible for actively participating in the resolution of the issue.
  • Develop and maintain standard work end users and internal IT use.
  • Assist End User Support group, when needed, on first level Help Desk tickets and other day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Provide suggestions for continual improvement.
  • Participate in after hours on-call rotation.
  • Travel to and support other AriensCo locations, as needed.
The Requirements...
  • Associate’s Degree in Information Technology or related field required.
  • At least three years’ experience in information technology discipline or equivalent.
  • At least three years’ customer service experience.
