Kish is hiring a full-time IT Support Analyst position, available at the Kish Innovation Center in Reedsville, PA.

Primary responsibilities include facilitating the effective delivery, support, and monitoring of key aspects of the organization's technology services through collaboration with key Kish partners; supporting a broad range of technology to help maximize existing tools and implement new systems and processes; aligning with corporate mission, vision and strategic goals; and maintaining a mindset of process improvement and technology advancement.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent business experience
• Minimum 3 years' experience in IT
• Demonstrated teamwork, collaboration, communication skills, and experience with executive level support and interaction
• Ability to self-start, work independently, and achieve stated goals
• Work effectively in a changing environment and manage multiple activities
• Learn new concepts, hardware, and technologies quickly
• Preferred demonstrated experience in critical thinking and problem-solving strategies
