Summary:

ETB Services, Inc. is a growing managed services provider (MSP) which focuses on providing top-notch IT support to small and medium-sized businesses. This position will mainly be responsible for executing IT projects and the handling of Level 2 - 3 requests for our customers. It demands a strong IT support skill set, great organizational skills, and excellent communication. Responsibilities:

• Complete customer IT projects by meeting established expectations with all parties involved
• Provide Level 2 - 3 support to our IT Support Administrators
• Maintaining and meeting all customer SLAs
• Provide professional self-management and self-direction utilizing our technology toolsets
• Give feedback on the enhancement of our service delivery and improving our processes
• Furnish written documentation of work performed and accurate time tracking for all activities

Qualifications:

• Ability to understand and implement information technology plans which outline individual tasks, milestones, completion estimates, and project status
• Setup, Migrate, and Support the Microsoft 365 Suite of applications – primarily Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams
• Work directly with the CEO and IT Support Director to plan and implement new technologies to fulfill customer needs
• Setup, Migrate, and Support Windows Server infrastructure 2012-2022
• Setup, Migrate, and Support Windows Active Directory & Azure AD infrastructure
• Experience with Google Workspace
• Design, setup, and support Network infrastructure including Firewalls, Switches, WAPs, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, routing protocols, NAT, PAT, and security at all levels
• Setup, migrate, and support Microsoft Hyper-V / Azure server environments to include in-depth knowledge of Virtual Machines (VMs) and Physical Server Hardware
• Experience with hosted VoIP solutions and deployment planning

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT Consulting position or at a MSP
• Associates Degree or higher; with a Bachelors in IT preferred
• At least 1 or more IT related certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, NET+, CCNA, CSSP
• Familiarity with ConnectWise Manage or similar ticketing system for time and record keeping
• Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize, and meet established goals in a timely manner
• A valid driver’s license
• Must pass a background check
