- Lead your restaurant by working shifts and demonstrating leadership to your team
- Work a variety of days & times to support business needs
- Champion a guest service culture
- Manage costs to reduce losses
- Facilitate marketing & training for new product launches
- Ensure food safety compliance
- Ability to stand / walk freely approx 85%-95% of shift + lift / carry 10-65 lbs
