The Facilities Group Hawaii (TFG HI) is a combination of two local companies that has provided facilities maintenance services to leading businesses in Hawaii for over 50 years. We provide comprehensive commercial building maintenance and cleaning services, including daily janitorial, carpet cleaning, floor stripping and coating, pressure washing, sanitizing, and building maintenance and repairs.

Janitors for TFG HI are responsible for servicing various clients throughout Hawaii. Our janitors are a direct representation of the company to our clients and are instrumental with helping clients’ leave a positive impression of their business with their employees and customers.

Bottom Line: A TFG HI janitor is an essential member of our Operations team. He or she must be reliable, hardworking, self-motivated professional who has high standards for customer satisfaction and problem solving.

This position is for a part-time evening janitor who will service a commercial office building. The schedule is approximately 5 - 9 pm for up to 19 hours per week.

Essential knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Janitorial or housekeeping experience is highly preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work efficiently and follow specific directions.
• Possess clear and effective communication skills. Basic English proficiency is necessary.
• Self-starter with strong prioritization and time management skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Must be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
• Must be able to: Comfortably lift 25 lbs., Walk, stand, push, pull, reach, stoop, stretch, bend, sweep, wipe, mop, and vacuum frequently for long periods of time (up to 4 – 8 hours), and Work nights and weekends
