FT / PT Janitorial Positions

We are looking for janitors/custodians to take care of our buildings and carry out cleaning, and light maintenance. The goal is to keep our buildings in a neat and orderly condition. This position may require you to work in small groups or alone. Day and evening shifts available. Medical benefits available for full time employees.

Responsibilities

• Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Make adjustments and minor repairs
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Follow all health and safety regulations

Skills

• No experience required, will provide training.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies preferred
• Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets preferred
• Integrity and ability to work independently
• High school diploma

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
